The Order Process

Imprinted Orders - You can use our Order Form, or call us with what you would like to be printed. If you choose to include custom artwork (e.g. business card, letterhead, camera ready artwork) you will have to either mail us a copy or email it to micro1cloth@gmail.com (emailed logos should be in jpeg or gif or eps format with a resolution of 200 dpi or greater).

Once we receive your artwork, we will fax you an order confirmation and a proof of the layout for you to approve usually within 24 hours.

After you approve your imprint layout, we will process your order and ship it to you usually within one week. Your invoice will be enclosed with your order.

Non-Imprinted Orders - Non-imprinted orders are shipped the same or next business day. Your invoice will be enclosed with your order.
